FES FM's web based Helpdesk system combines both a traditional help desk with the requirement for a Management information system.
Investing wisely over the years, we have developed a bespoke system that provides exactly what both we and our customers require to enable a dynamic structure which evolves through a contract to take account of changing requirements. We also recognise the quality information required as an output to allow analysis and development of business improvement strategies for all parties.
The Helpdesk system is based within our Head Office in Stirling and as such offers full support for Business Continuity plans as a critical function within our Business Operations. We also recognise the "Moments of Truth" role that our Helpdesk staff have in the success of our business for both customer satisfaction and operational Efficiency.
The system is fully integrated with our Procurement and our Asset Management systems to provide full data capture and comprehensive management information.
