Group Structure
The main group holding company, Forth Holdings has the following operating trading subsidiaries, FES Ltd, CHES, OES, FES FM and Forth PPP.
FES Limited was established as an electrical contractor in 1963, in 1971 we formed OES Limited to provide a strong base for operations in the West Highlands and Islands.
We further expanded our operations in the Aberdeen and North East area in 1988 with the formation of CHES Limited.
In 2001 we changed the name of our operating company to FES Limited, in order to reflect our position as a multifarious services organisation.
Due to the continuing success and growth of our FM Division, during 2001 we created FES FM Limited as an independent operating company.
